The Town of Vinton is accepting proposals for the redevelopment of the former Holdren’s Country Store / Gish’s Mill, located at 350 Gus Nicks Blvd. The nearly 14,000 sq ft former mill, retail and warehouse is located on approximately 1.5 acres. This Town-owned property is highly visible and is located on a major travel corridor with an average daily traffic count of over 22,000 vehicles and is well suited for a mixed-use redevelopment to potentially include Retail, Office, Restaurant and Hospitality. Vinton Town Council has endorsed a Conceptual Redevelopment Plan for the site that was created by Hill Studio and is available at the Additional Info. link below.
