Code Violation

In a residential district, recreational vehicles need to be parked behind the front line of the main building on the lot (usually a house), and parked at least five feet off of the side property line. In the case of a corner lot, recreational vehicles must be parked to the rear of the house.

Recreational Vehicles

Examples of recreational vehicles include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Personal utility trailers
  • Recreational equipment trailers
  • Watercraft
