[ARCHIVED] Water Line Repair

Public Works is aware of a water main break in the vicinity of Falling Creek Drive and Twin Mountain Drive. Our crew is on site and currently awaiting utilities in the area to be marked. Once it is safe to dig we will begin making repairs. In the meantime, you will experience low pressure to no water. Affected areas may include Falling Creek, Twin Mountain, Wolf Run, Horsepen Mountain and Burnt Quarter.

Once water is restored, you may have brown water. We suggest that you run the cold water in your tub for approximately 20 minutes and flush your commodes twice each. These actions should pull enough water through your home to clear out your service line.

We appreciate your patience while we work through this emergency. If you have questions, feel free to contact Public Works at (540) 983-0646. Thank you.
