The Town of Vinton Virginia is seeking Competitive Sealed Bids for Solicitation No. TOVPW-11C-020717-003, Resurface Various Streets in the Town of Vinton Virginia. The Town intends to award a Unit Price contract for a “Not To Exceed” amount based upon estimated quantities of asphalt pavement overlay and pavement planing.
